Book Chooks received an honorable mention at the Pensacola Museum of Art 2021 judged Member Exhibit. I really liked working with the textural contrast between the sheepskin, feathers, and book text.

I was lucky to catch this rare moment of Botl standing quietly while gazing out the window at a rainy day. The unplanned photograph wound up winning first place I the framed photo category at the 2023 Pensacola State Fair.
